Who I am

Laura Lou Bridal is a bridal hair business run by Laura Kearney in Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland. I am responsible for the personal details you share through this website. Contact: lauralouhair@gmail.com.

What I collect and why

When you send an enquiry, I collect your name, email, phone number (if given), wedding date, venue or getting-ready location, number of people needing hair, and anything you write in your message. I use these details only to reply to you, check my availability and, if you book, to plan your trial and wedding morning. My legal basis is your request for a quote or booking, and the steps needed to provide that service.

Who sees it

Your details are never sold or shared with anyone for marketing. The only third party involved is the form service that delivers your enquiry to my inbox, FormSubmit, which handles it on my behalf.

How long I keep it

If you don’t book, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do book, I keep your booking details for as long as I need them for your wedding and for my business and tax records, as required by Irish law.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you at any time. Just email lauralouhair@gmail.com and I’ll take care of it within one month. If you’re unhappy with how your data is handled, you can contact the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie).
